• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility.

• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for size or item changes. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a different item or request a refund.
• Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

• Gift cards
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted more than 50%

7. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.
